Any unauthorized use is strictly forbidden. CP® is a registered certification mark of the National Association of Legal Assistants. Its use is permitted only by those who have met and maintained rigorous, national certification standards.   ACP indicates the paralegal has obtained advanced certification through NALA in a specialized area of the law which varies by individual.

FCP is a non-trademark indicator that the paralegal has met the requirements of the Paralegal Association of Florida for Florida specific laws and has obtained the designation as a Florida Certified Paralegal.

Florida Registered Paralegal and FRP® are trademarks of the Florida Bar Association.  Their use indicates the paralegal has met the requirements of the Florida Bar Association under Rule 20 of the Rules Governing the Florida Bar.
