CP® is a certification mark . Unauthorized use is strictly forbidden. CP® is a registered certification mark of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Its use is permitted only by those who have met and maintained rigorous, national certification standards. ACP indicates the paralegal has obtained advanced certification through NALA in a specialized area of the law which varies by individual.
FCP is a trademark of the Paralegal Association of Florida to designate individuals who have met and mtained skills and knowledge in Florida law and who have passed written examination to obtain the designation as a Florida Certified Paralegal.
Florida Registered Paralegal and FRP® are trademarks of the Florida Bar Association. Their use indicates the paralegal has met the requirements of the Florida Bar Association under Rule 20 of the Rules Governing the Florida Bar.
Each of these designations is used throughout this website by various members who have obtained these certifications. This acknowledgment is repeated in the places most likely to be of educational value to the reader. Its omission on other pages is not an indication of infringement or improper use of the trademarked materials.
